What is a Nurse Practitioner?
Julianne Bergdale, RNP
Originally from the mid-west, Julie and her husband, Mark, are now permanent sun loving residents of the valley. Julie's nursing experience began in 1974 as a licensed practical nurse. Through the years she has dedicated herself to the science of nursing and continued her education becoming an RN and then finally graduating from the University of Phoenix as an OB/Gyn Nurse Practitioner in 1995. Julie joined Camelback Women's Health in September 2000 after leaving a large OB/Gyn practice in the west valley. Mark and Julie keep busy at home working in their garden and taking care of their little dog, Hazel.

Dawn M. Huff, BA, BSN, MSN, WHNP
Born in California and raised in Tucson, Dawn Huff (formerly Nelson), has chosen to name Scottsdale home. She attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate degree in Psychology and went on to get a second undergraduate degree in Nursing. Dawn worked as an RN in labor and delivery, medical/surgical and triage at Banner Good Samaritan. She then continued her education at Arizona State University where she obtained her Master's degree and Nurse Practitioner. Dawn joined Camelback Women's Health in July 2002. Dawn and her husband, David, welcomed their second daughter, Harper Lillian, this summer, joining big sister, Stella Mae. Dawn will be returning to the office October 1st.
Stefanie Davis, WHNP
Stefanie was born and raised in Washington state. She has lived in Arizona for 8 years. She attended Seattle Pacific University for her Bachelor degree in Nursing and received her Masters in Nursing from Arizona State University. She has 8 years experience as a labor and delivery nurse at Scottsdale Healthcare- Shea and became a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in 2008. Stefanie and her husband, Erik, share their home with two dogs, Otto and Cisco. Stefanie enjoys traveling, spending time with her niece and nephew and soaking up the outdoors doing anything from hiking to biking. She joined Camelback Women's Health in March of 2010.
Susan Ludewig, WHNP
Susan was raised in the Mid West and moved to Arizona in 1996. She received her BSN at Loyola University Chicago, and later went on to earn a Masters of Nursing from Arizona State University. She has many years of experience in both labor and delivery and high risk antepartum, and has been practicing as a Women’s Health NP for the past 3 years. Susan lives in Fountain Hills with her husband Will, and their sons, Cole and Kyle. They keep very busy attending many basketball and baseball games, and love to spend time in the mountains and at the beach. They are also dog lovers, and have 2 cute pooches named Martha and Reggie.
Stephanie Nguyen, WHNP
Stephanie Nguyen (formerly Rastofer) was born a mid-west girl, but has lived the majority of her life in Arizona. She graduated from Horizon High School and went on to pursue her nursing degree at Arizona State University. After working as a Labor and Delivery / High Risk Antepartum RN at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea for 5 years, she returned to school and earned her Masters in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2009. Stephanie and her husband, Freddy, live in North Phoenix with their four crazy rescue dogs, Lucy, Roxy, Happy and Rusty. Stephanie enjoys yoga, running, cooking and volunteering for Valley Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she has been a Big Sis for 3 years.
