Laura Sue Fein – Practice Manager

Originally from New York, Laura came to Phoenix in her early teens and attended Thunderbird High School. She earned her Medical Assistant certification from National Education Center in 1986 and began a career in women’s healthcare that would ultimately lead her into medical practice management.

After eight years of medical office experience, Laura joined Arizona Physician’s Center as Dr. DeSanto’s Medical Assistant and the OBGYN department lead. When Camelback Women’s Health was established in September 2000, Laura was selected to serve as Practice Manager – a role she has proudly held ever since.

Over the years, Laura has helped guide Camelback Women’s Health through more than 25 years of growth and change. Working closely with the physicians and providers, she oversees the day-to-day operations of her practice and its two locations, including staffing, scheduling, patient services, billing operations, and the many behind-the-scenes details required to keep a busy medical office running smoothly.

Having been part of Camelback Women’s Health since its beginning, Laura has a unique appreciation for both its history and its future. She remains committed to preserving the personal, patient-centered culture upon which the practice was founded while helping Camelback Women’s Health continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of the women and families it serves.

I am a fun, loving mother who loves her family and wants to travel the world. I like to take my 3 year old daughter and my husky for a nice long walk. I love to cook, bake and volunteer at my church. I have seven years of medical experience. I enjoying doing what I do because I love helping others.

Angel, Sonographer

I’m Angel. Being an Air Force brat, I’m not originally from Arizona but have been here since 1992. I pretty much call Phoenix home now. I’ve been in the Medical Imaging field since 1994 and then obtained my Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer license in 2004. OB/GYN imaging is my passion and I love it at Camelback Women’s Health. When having your ultrasound here, you’ll be in the hands of an experienced Sonographer. Your exam will be personalized, professional, and fun!

Hi, my name is Becky! I am originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and have lived in Arizona for 10 years now. I have been working on OBGYN ultrasound for 7 years and absolutely love what I do! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my kids, our dogs, and being active! I’m excited to be part of the team here at Camelback Women’s Health!

Hello! My name is Chantelle – born and raised in Arizona. I love traveling and horseback riding in my spare time. I was new to the medical field before coming to Camelback Women’s Health. I would like to work towards becoming a pharmacist.

Hi, I’m Cynthia, an Arizona native with over 22 years of experience as a Medical Assistant specializing in women’s health. I’m passionate about providing compassionate patient care and making a positive difference in the lives of those I serve. Outside of work, I’m a dance fitness instructor who loves helping others stay active. I enjoy spending time with my two children and family, as well as hiking, running and living an active lifestyle.

Hello!  My name is Denise! I am originally from the Navajo Reservation and have 2 amazing kids.  My daughter’s name is Sage and my son’s name is Shadow.  I moved to the valley in 1995.  I love to play pool, watch movies, and read.  I have been in the medical field for over 10 years.  I am happy to be part of Camelback Women’s Health.

Hello!  I have been in medical records since 2021 and love helping patients, offices and doctors find what they are looking for. In my free time, I am at home taking care of my daughter and watching cooking shows to find new recipes.

Emmy, Medical Records Coordinator

Hello! I’m Emmy – originally from Lake Elmo/St. Paul, MN but moved to AZ in 1985. I used to work with manager Laura Sue Fein back in the late 90’s when it was called Arizona Physicians Center. Shortly after, I went into the legal field for the court system – County Attorney’s Offices for 22 years and then returned to the medical field. It’s much easier to navigate through the medical system compared to the late 90’s. I love working with my co-workers. In my personal life, I love my fiancé dearly and plan to be married in fall of 2024. I am also a stepmom of 4 kids. I am known to be compassionate, easygoing, extroverted, and fun to be around but also can be mellow and quiet. I enjoy being around family, friends and people in general. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, shooting pool and shooting ranges. I collect storm chasing pictures, historical maps (1600’s) gnomes & dolphins. My dream is a trip Hawaii & a week long Storm Chasing tour.
