Camelback Women’s Health is committed to participating in social distancing while under the current threat of COVID-19.  In order to be available to patients who require our services without the need for a physical exam, we are instituting TeleMedicine into our practice effective Monday, April 6th.

While most obstetric and gynecological visits do require a physical examination, the following appointment types are eligible for TeleMedicine at this time:

          • Reviewing test results
          • Follow up visits
          • Hormone consultations
          • Contraceptive counseling
          • Pre-Conception counseling
          • Post-operative checks
          • Routine post-partum visits
          • Post-partum depression
          • Infertility consultations
          • MedSpa consultations

To request a TeleMedicine visit for one these appointment types, you can call the office at 602.494.5050 or 602.468.3912.   You can also request an appointment through your patient portal.

Your visit copay will collected at the time the visit is scheduled.   If for any reason you are not able to keep your scheduled visit, we ask that you contact our office to cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

The office will provide you with a web address specific to your provider’s TeleMedicine account at the time of scheduling or you can sign in to the provider’s virtual “waiting room” below.

In order to conduct TeleMedicine visits, patients will need to have a computer, tablet, or smart phone with the camera and microphone enabled.

The recommended browsers for computers are Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.    Android smartphone users should use Chrome, while iOS users should use Safari.

Make sure you’re in an area where you and your provider will be free to speak about your private healthcare concerns.    5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, log into your provider’s specific TeleMedicine account on the correct link below.  This website is a secure, HIPAA compliant website.

You do not need to download any software and registration is not required.   Telemedicine visits are not recorded and cannot be reproduced.
