Spend more time outside
Spending time outside is a great way to not only encourage yourself to be more active, but it’s also really good for your mental health as well. This year, consider finding an activity that you can do for yourself outside. Whether it’s spending more time in your garden or training for a marathon, the time that you spend by yourself in the outdoors will really give you some emotional and physical health benefits.
Get Caught Up on Exams
Are you scheduled to get a pap smear or mammogram? Are you overdue on either of these tests? If so, make 2019 the years that you get caught up on all of these exams. If you are unsure about when your next exam is due, contact our office and we will go over everything in detail with you.
Exercise
If you don’t already have a type of exercise that you love, then make 2019 the year where you find something that you enjoy. Working out on a regular basis is good for every part of your health including your physical, mental, and emotional health. Try finding a workout program that incorporates strength training exercises along with cardio.
